AUDITION COACHING:

Everybody does it.

Let me level with you. Acting has always been a highly competitive field, but several blows to the entertainment industry in the past few years has caused it contract significantly. With less TV and Film being produced, the competition for the remaining jobs is FIERCE. When you get an audition, it is more important than ever that you swing BIG and knock it out of the park. That’s why most working actors, from Emmy-nominees to those fresh out of acting school, work with audition coaches.

That’s where I come in.

Whether you’re a working actor looking to coach on an upcoming audition, a developmental actor looking to level up and refine your audition skills, a theatre actor seeking the technical skillset of on-camera acting or someone transitioning into acting from another field all-together, I’ve got your back.

Private Services:

Already booked? I prep you for and coach you through your project.

I’ll read the script and help you analyze your character’s arc and where you fall into the story big-picture before you start work. Many actors also wish to coach each night or morning before they head to set, to make sure they feel as prepared as possible and confident in their choices.

First time on a big studio set? I’ll walk you through what to expect beat by beat throughout the day.

Who and where should you report to? Who do you reach out to if you have any questions before you get on set? Who do you ask for help once you’re there? Who are all of these people running around? Where do I stand? What’s okay to ask for? I’ve got you covered.

Looking for private acting lessons? I’ll meet with you weekly.

I’ll send you some high-quality, current audition sides and scripts to choose from before we meet. Then I’ll give you a step-by-step process of how to prepare an audition. We’ll work on the material together, usually for a few weeks. Once you feel confident in it we’ll choose something new and more challenging and keep working from there.

Want a Career Consultation? If you’ve got questions about “The Biz,” I’ve got answers for you.

Having spent 10 years working as a professional actor in Los Angeles followed by 8 in New York City, I have a lot of insider insight about many aspects of the Entertainment Industry. Let me shed some light on how things work, how to get started, and talk through different strategies to grow your career and take things to the next level. I’ll help you form a plan to reach your goals, whatever they might be.

Looking for an On-Set Coach? I’ll be there.

Some directors and filmmakers have more expertise in the technical side of production and don’t necessarily have the tools to get the performances they need out of their cast. I’ll be on set to serve as the interpreter and liaison between director and cast, working closely and intimately with the actors to help them achieve their funniest or most powerful performance.
